What’s new
Quick Comp Search is a new, search-integrated way to build a comparable market analysis. Instead of sorting through results, hand-picking listings and filling in a template, you set a few criteria and RealPlus selects the comparables and formats them into a share-ready report.
Three ways to start
- A subject property: start from a specific address and unit, or a townhouse.
- Subject buildings: compare units across the buildings you choose.
- General criteria: build comps from the listing and building attributes that matter most.
Each report covers on-market, in-contract and sold listings, with the time frame for each status set to the last 90 days by default and easy to adjust.
A report that’s ready to send
Every report is organized into clear sections: a criteria summary, a summary by status, the comparable listings, and a segment analysis by neighborhood, bedroom count or townhouse width. View listings in a grid or side by side, and choose which sections to include before you share.
Print it, or email it. Emailed reports open as a fully interactive web page your client can explore. Save your criteria to reuse them for the next report.
