What’s the difference between All Access NYC and ReSource?
Both are the RealPlus Listing System Platform and share the same robust toolset: the Listings Management Module; listing, building and market data; RealPlus myPlaceNYC collaboration; CRM integration; AI Assistant Prodigy; and the RealPlus AI Connector. ReSource is the premium white-label edition, adding custom branding, custom reports, custom integrations and other custom services. Compare editions.
How do we get access?
Contact us to set up an appointment, and we’ll activate a subscription for your firm.
What data is included?
NYC listing, building and market data, brought together from REBNY RLS listings, Open Rentals, ACRIS records, Tax Roll and Department of Buildings records, custom MLS imports, Google mapping, transit and points of interest, proprietary client feeds, and more. See all data sources.
How current is the data?
Incoming data is updated in real time. Historical records date back to 2003.
Can we connect our CRM?
Yes. RealPlus integrates with Follow Up Boss and Cloze, and we can build custom integrations with the other tools your firm uses. Learn about CRM integrations, or contact us to talk through your setup.
Is there an API?
Yes. Our API library includes an Exclusive Data API, an IDX Data API, an All-Inclusive API with five years of historical data, and custom API development, plus custom data feeds and the AI Connector. Documentation is available on request. See the API library.
How is our data kept secure?
